List of documents for obtaining a visa invitation from the University

In order to obtain an invitation to study from the university you must submit the following documents:

1. Motivation letter
2. Application form
3. Copy of Graduation Certificate/Bachelor/Master Diploma with transcript (translated into the Ukrainian Language)
4. Consent to personal data collection and processing
5. Copy of the International passport with translation into the Ukrainian Language
6. In case, somebody does all procedures concerning the invitation on your behalf. This person should have a notarized authorization letter. To speed up the process of receiving an invitation, please send scanned documents to the following e-mail address of the Preparatory department for international students: pd@univ.kiev.ua
